Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Premium Category Strategy and Planning Assistant Manager in the Philippines to drive category growth, establish trade principles, and convert insights into scalable brand programs across channels. You will collaborate with Brand Marketing and Field Sales to land impactful activations and ensure campaigns translate into sales growth.

You’ll lead category operations, forecast and plan launches, and craft compelling sell-in stories with data-driven insights

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing.
• Experience in shopper marketing or field sales or key account management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Advanced understanding of category, customers, channels, and trade marketing practices.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for total performance of their brands: Magnum, Mass Premium, Crema Prima, Cobranding, Ben & Jerry’s.
• Monitor and analyze channel, brand, area, and customer sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop Category Growth & Market Development Strategies based on insights to drive annual Omni-business plans.
• Lead decisions using Net Revenue Management levers to optimize profitability across the Ice Cream Category.
• Collaborate with Ice Cream Business Units and Shopper & Channel Marketing to translate Brand Plans into programs.
• Create sell-in stories rooted in data for New Product innovations and growth.
• Lead Premium Category Operations: forecasting, demand planning, end-to-end launches, and 360 campaigns.
• Establish and monitor Category & Channel Principles through Perfect Store to support Availability & Assortment.
