Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Filipino national with strong knowledge of the Philippine market.
Verifiable regulatory network across Philippine authorities (SEC, BSP, CIC, law enforcement).
8–15 years of progressive experience in fintech, financial services, banking, digital payments, tech, or related industries.
Experience in leadership, business development, government relations, partnerships, or strategic management.
Strong understanding of the Philippine fintech and digital financial services ecosystem.
Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and industry leaders.
Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English; Mandarin preferred for regional/global coordination.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the Philippines.
Lead overall business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Represent the company in industry events, meetings, government discussions, and strategic partnerships.
Monitor developments in Philippine fintech, digital finance, and financial services.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Work with regional and global management to execute strategic objectives.
Oversee local business operations and ensure effective organizational performance.
Support regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance activities with internal teams.
Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the Board and global leadership.
Build and develop a strong local team as the business grows.
