• Experience in leadership, business development, government relations, corporate affairs, partnerships, or strategic management.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine fintech and digital financial services ecosystem.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, government authorities, and industry leaders.
• English proficiency is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred for regional/global communication.

Job Role
TheGeneral Manager – Philippineswill be responsible for leading the company's overall business development and operations in the Philippines.

Working closely with the Board of Directors and regional/global leadership, the Business Director will act as the company's key representative in the local market and drive business growth, strategic partnerships, stakeholder relationships, and market expansion.
The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial leadership with a solid understanding of the Philippine fintech and financial services landscape.


Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Minimum 8–15 years of progressive experience in fintech, financial services, banking, digital payments, technology, or related industries.
* Experience in business leadership, business development, government relations, corporate affairs, partnerships, or strategic management.
* Strong understanding of the Philippine fintech and digital financial services ecosystem.
* Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, business partners, government authorities, and industry leaders.
