MatchaTalent is seeking a Business Director – Philippines to lead the company’s growth, operations, and market presence in the Philippines.

In this leadership role you will work with the Board and regional teams to drive partnerships, government relations, and strategic expansion across fintech and financial services. The ideal candidate combines commercial leadership with deep market knowledge and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Filipino national with strong knowledge of the Philippine market.
8–15 years of progressive fintech/financial services experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth and market expansion strategies in the Philippines.
Lead business development, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
Build relationships with government authorities, regulators, and industry partners.
Represent the company at industry events and government discussions.
Oversee local operations and regulatory, compliance, and governance activities.
Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
