Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics/law required.
• Regulatory network with Philippine authorities (SEC, BSP, CIC) desirable.
• 8–15 years of fintech/financial services leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the Philippines.
• Lead overall business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, business partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company in industry events, business meetings, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor developments in Philippine fintech and digital financial services.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships for market expansion.
• Collaborate with regional and global management to implement strategic objectives.
• Oversee local operations and ensure effective organizational performance.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance activities with internal teams.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to the Board and global leadership.
• Build and develop a strong local team as the business grows.
