Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a People Development Officer in Quezon City, Philippines. The role focuses on driving training delivery, designing engaging sessions, and leading L&D initiatives across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to identify learning needs and deliver impactful development solutions.

The position offers hybrid work via Eastwood, Libis, with day shifts and opportunities for growth. Strong communication and PMO background are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Learning & Development / Training within a BPO or corporate environment.
• Strong background in project management (PMO exposure is a plus).
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating training sessions (virtual and/or classroom).
• Experience in leading or contributing to L&D projects or initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills (clear articulation, strong command of English).
• Ability to engage and present to senior stakeholders / executives.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive both training delivery and key L&D initiatives across the organization.
• Design and facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions (e.g., 2-hour learning sessions, day shift schedule)
• Lead and manage L&D initiatives such as: Internship programs (e.g., Micro Prime), Process development projects and coaching and specialist development programs
• Act as a front-facing L&D partner, confidently presenting to and collaborating with senior leaders and executives
• Drive end-to-end project management of L&D programs, from planning to execution and evaluation
• Partner with stakeholders across operations and leadership to identify learning needs and deliver impactful solutions
• Ensure high standards in communication, grammar, and articulation across all training materials and sessions
• Continuously improve training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and innovation
