Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Manila is seeking an Operations Learning & Development Trainer to support frontline and onshore teams. You will deliver engaging training, tailor sessions for new hires and current staff, and ensure a positive learning environment across operations.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in L&D, facilitation, and coaching, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Onsite work in Eastwood, Quezon City is required with opportunities to grow within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Learning & Development, training delivery, facilitation or coaching.
• Experience in contact center operations is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Foundation Skills, Program-Specific and Continuous Learning training.
• Create engaging, interactive sessions for new hires and staff.
• Coordinate training schedules, agendas, and learning plans.
• Prepare participant manuals, facilitator guides and assessments.
• Manage onboarding support and training logistics.
• Track attendance, outcomes, and training completion metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations and Leaders to identify training needs.
