Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a People Development Officer in Quezon City to lead training needs analyses, design learning programs, and deliver engaging sessions across departments.

You will partner with HR and department heads, maintain the LMS, update onboarding, and foster a culture of continuous learning. A Bachelor's in HR/ Psychology/ Education/ Organizational Development and 4+ years in L&D are required; familiarity with LMS and authoring tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Training.
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Design and develop comprehensive learning programs and workshops using instructional design methodologies.

• Maintain and update the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and training resource library.

Your Role

What You Need

Non‑negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in a Learning and Development or Training role.
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills/Expertise

• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to training and development.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Experience within a BPO or corporate environment in the Philippines.
