Job summary

GoTeam is seeking an experienced Organizational Development and Learning & Development leader to design and implement talent capability programs. You will mentor a small L&D team, ensure on-time, high-quality delivery, and drive measurable impact using data-driven metrics.

The role also oversees SOP governance, policy updates, and cross-functional training adoption, with a focus on AI-assisted curriculum design. Based onsite in the Philippines, Cebu City, day shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Organizational Development and Learning & Development with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HRD, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Strong OD practice including competency design, role mapping, and change management.
• Solid knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
• Ability to mentor a small team and coordinate with senior leadership.
• Exposure to AI tools in learning design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute OD and learning programs aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor the L&D team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Measure impact with data-driven metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Oversee SOPs, policy governance, and cross-functional training adoption.
