Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a People Development Officer in Quezon City to lead training needs analyses, design learning programs, and deliver engaging sessions across departments.

You will partner with HR and department heads, maintain the LMS, update onboarding, and foster a culture of continuous learning. A Bachelor's in HR/ Psychology/ Education/ Organizational Development and 4+ years in L&D are required; familiarity with LMS and authoring tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Training.
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough training needs analyses across departments using surveys, interviews, and performance data.
• Design and develop comprehensive learning programs and workshops using instructional design methodologies.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to diverse employee groups, adapting styles to different learning preferences.
• Partner with department heads and HR Business Partners to ensure L&D initiatives support their objectives.
• Maintain and update the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and training resource library.
• Contribute to the enhancement of new employee onboarding programs for smooth integration.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and internal knowledge sharing.
