Responsibilities

• Design needs assessments to identify learning priorities.
• Create engaging content and materials that drive business impact.
• Deliver virtual and in-person learning programs, onboarding sessions, and capability-building workshops.
• Customize learning programs by audience, function, and level.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for learning sessions.
