Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll and time data processing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin required.

• Experience with HR or finance roles a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly and monthly payrolls and time data per schedule.
• Handle banking activities related to payroll with accuracy.
• Calculate final pay and coordinate funding with Treasury.
• Collaborate with HR Direct and Employee Central on payroll issues.
• Manage payroll mailbox and respond to inquiries from employees and partners.
• Perform year-end uploads and reconciliations.
