Responsibilities
Process employee payroll accurately and on time, including computation of salaries, deductions, overtime, and benefits.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leave credits, and other payroll-related data.
Prepare government remittances such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR reports, ensuring timely filing and payment.
Generate payroll reports and summaries for management review and auditing purposes.
Handle employee inquiries regarding payslips, deductions, and benefits in a professional and confidential manner.
Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments for salary adjustments, new hires, and final pay computations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation, benefits, and statutory requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing or HR-related work is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems/software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in handling payroll data.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government remittance procedures.
