PlayTime Entertainment is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration, benefits management, and statutory compliance in line with Philippine labor laws.

The role requires proficiency in HRIS payroll systems and manual processes, advanced Excel skills, and a strong background in final pay computations and government contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• CPP designation required.
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance in the Philippines.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and government-mandated benefits.

Aufgaben

• Process payroll for all employees in accordance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Manage payroll computations, including overtime, holiday pay, allowances, and deductions.
• Perform both HRIS-based payroll and manual computations to maintain operational flexibility.
• Ensure timely distribution of pay slips and resolution of payroll-related queries.
