Zusammenfassung

Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines – BI Business Services PH is seeking an Experienced Payroll & Time Management professional to handle semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing, time data management, and related inquiries. You will work with HR Direct and Employee Central and coordinate with Treasury for funding and year-end activities.

Strong English and Mandarin communication, analytical skills, and a background in HR or finance are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years experience in Payroll and Time Management.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required - English and Mandarin.
• Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ideal work experience in different HR or finance roles.
• Cultural sensitivity and broad external network for HR best practices.

Aufgaben

• Process semi-monthly and/or monthly payrolls and time data according to country schedule and checklists.
• Banking activities: direct deposit file receipt, positive pay, and banking issue handling.
• Calculate final pay and coordinate funding with GBS Treasury team.
• Collaborate with HR Direct and Employee Central on payroll issues.
• Manage the Payroll mailbox and respond to employee inquiries and cross-functional requests.
• Perform year-end uploads and reconciliations.
