Ubiquity is hiring a Payroll Associate to manage end-to-end payroll processes, convert timekeeping into accurate payroll, and handle government remittances monthly.
The role requires 1–2 years experience in payroll for a BPO/Shared Services setting, deep knowledge of tax computations, and strong collaboration with HR and Finance. Join a dynamic, people-focused team and grow with us.

In charge of end-to-end payroll processing.
Consolidate Timekeeping Reports from different departments.
In charge of tracking employees' leaves.
Prepare 2316 and Final Pay computation for resigned employees.
Prepare payroll reports, journal entries, funding requirements, and other needed reports that will be requested by the Finance team.
Investigate and resolve payroll queries and accommodate payroll disputes ahead of time.
Prepares a user manual for employee use.
In charge in processing government statutory remittances such as HDMF, PhilHealth, and SSS Remittances and Loans every month.
Reconciliate year to date income and prepare the Alphalist report to be submitted to BIR.
With in-depth knowledge in manual computation of tax, overtime, night differential etc.
Intensive experience in processing of BIR annualization.
Prepared Alphalist and liaised with the BIR for submission of year-end tax annualization-related documents.
Attend to inquiries of the employees regarding Payroll and benefits.
Conduct payroll orientation for new hires.
Understand the dependencies that exist within the HR and Finance department.
Identify and propose solutions for process improvements.
Assist with special projects, as requested.
Has experience processing payroll for a BPO or Shared Services Company for 1-2 years.
With in-depth knowledge of manual computation of tax, overtime, night differential, holiday premiums, and/ or time-based deductions, etc.
Intensive experience in processing BIR annualization.
Understand the dependencies that exist within the HR and Finance department.
Must be updated with Payroll Regulations and Information of the country
