GoLean Health in Pasig, Philippines, is hiring a Patient Care Communications Specialist to support our Chiropractic/Healthcare Clinic. You will be the voice of the practice, handling high-volume calls, texts, emails, and scheduling tasks, while delivering a warm, calm, professional experience across channels.

This part-time role (30–35 hours/week) offers $5–$6.50 per hour with a performance-based increase after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, and patient messages.
• Prior experience in Virtual Medical/Ambulatory healthcare support roles.
• Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced clinic.
• Empathetic, patient-focused service mindset.
• Must own a Mac OS device and reliable wired internet.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and fax messages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Schedule new patient appointments and manage intake information in MacPractice.
• Prioritize new inquiries and referrals before routine rescheduling.
• Conduct follow-up and reactivation outreach for inactive patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records, notes, and communications.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep the provider schedule full.
• De-escalate scheduling, billing, and insurance concerns with empathy.
• Listen, gather details, offer callbacks, and avoid overload.
• Support missed-call follow-up workflows inside Weave.
• Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA standards.
