Job summary

GoLean Health is seeking a polished, reliable Patient Care Communications Specialist to support a growing chiropractic clinic in Metro Manila. You will be the first point of contact for current and prospective patients, delivering a warm, calm, professional experience across phone, text, voicemail, email, and scheduling workflows.

This high-volume role focuses on patient calls, scheduling, follow-up, and retention.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, and patient messages.
• Experience as Virtual Medical Assistant, Medical Receptionist, Patient Communication Specialist, Front Desk Coordinator, or similar healthcare support role.
• Able to handle high call volume in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Must own a Mac OS device (MacBook, iMac, or Mac mini) and have reliable wired internet.
• Flexible with schedule and willing to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to patient texts, voicemails, emails, and fax messages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Schedule new patient appointments and collect intake information; manage existing appointments.
