GoLean Health is seeking a polished Patient Care Communications Specialist to support a growing chiropractic clinic. You will be the voice of the practice, handling calls, texts, emails, and scheduling while delivering a warm, calm, and professional patient experience.

You will manage high-volume communications, ensure accurate records, and help convert inquiries into booked appointments, all while protecting privacy and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, and patient messages.
• Experience in healthcare support roles such as Virtual Medical Assistant or Medical Receptionist.
• Able to multitask across calls, texts, emails, voicemails, and scheduling tasks.
• Willing to work Saturdays and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and fax-related messages accurately.
• Schedule new patient appointments and manage intake information in MacPractice.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep the provider schedule full.
• De‑escalate scheduling, billing, or insurance questions with empathy.
• Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA standards at all times.
