Author Health is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to support enrollment through outbound calls, educate patients and caregivers, and guide enrollment from referral to activation. This is a full-time onsite role in Metro Manila, Philippines.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has at least 1 year in customer service or sales, demonstrates strong communication, HIPAA compliance, and is comfortable working US business hours.
