Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Outbound dialing and lead coverage of eligibility roster.
• Deliver value proposition and overcome objections to enroll.
• Verify eligibility and capture intake data in the CRM.
• Hand off enrolled patients to Onboarding with complete notes.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and respect do-not-call requests.
• Collaborate with client teams and report metrics.
