Job summary

Elgada BPO Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to drive new business through cold calls and product demonstrations. The role requires engaging with potential clients, understanding needs, and delivering compelling pitches to close deals.

The position is based in Makati City, with fixed weekends off and a night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST). Fluency in English (C2 preferred) is required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in outbound sales or cold calling.
• Excellent English proficiency (C2 preferred).
• Experience with B2B sales and understanding of B2B processes.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM is a plus.

• Willing to work on a night shift from 9:00PM to 6:00AM Philippine Time (9:00AM to 6:00PM EST).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years recent experience in Outbound Sales Cold Calling with excellent English proficiency is a MUST.
• Must be fluent in English (preferably C2 proficiency level).
• Working experience with Business-to-Business sales techniques and understanding of Business-to-Business sales processes.
• Experience using CRM Salesforce is a plus.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
