Job description
  • Execute outbound sales outreach, including cold-calling, email, and social media engagement, to identify, attract, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers.
  • Deliver effective sales pitches and scripts tailored to specific customer needs and interests, aiming to convert potential leads into customers.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients, including pre-qualifying leads, arranging sales presentations and consultations, and ensuring sustained engagement through diligent follow-ups.
  • Provide comprehensive details about products or services, addressing customer inquiries effectively, while maintaining discretion on pricing until appropriate.
  • Proactively source potential customer data from various channels and diligently follow up on sales inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Accurately document customer details, responses, and transactional information, maintaining a meticulous log of interactions and lead progress.
  • Conduct market research and client surveys to collect insights about potential clients, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on customer feedback and undertake additional responsibilities, including non-voice tasks, as directed by the supervisors.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, or marketing experience is required, with experience on LinkedIn, Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Amenable to working in an office-based setup.
