Spectra360 in Cebu, Philippines is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will generate leads, schedule appointments for U.S.-based managers, and build relationships with key decision-makers, driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in outbound B2B environments (IT industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• A “can-do” attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve business goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to qualified leads in our CRM and other lead sources.
• Generate 6-10 qualified sales leads weekly and schedule appointments for U.S.-based Business Development Managers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CIO, CTO, CHRO, Directors, etc.).
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to keep the pipeline thriving.
• Utilize sales scripts and proactive outreach strategies to ensure consistent results.
