Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Present products and services effectively to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Customer Engagement

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Follow up on leads and nurture potential opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Reporting & Administration

• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records
• Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer feedback
• Prepare reports and provide updates to management as required
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or BPO sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in handling cold calls and overcoming objections
• Goal-driven with a strong sales mindset
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is highly regarded
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Australian, US, or international clients is an advantage
