Job summary

Elite Translations in Pasig, Metro Manila is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to identify and engage potential language service clients. You will build a robust pipeline, conduct outbound outreach, and tailor messages to client needs.

Responsibilities include presenting our services, preparing proposals, and advancing opportunities through the sales cycle from contact to close. Strong English communication, negotiation, and CRM skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience.
• Proven prospecting and cold outreach experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Research and identify potential business clients that may require translation, localization, interpretation, or related language services
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, professional networks, and other appropriate sales channels
• Develop personalized outreach messages based on the prospect's industry, business needs, and potential language requirements
• Identify relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients
• Understand the prospect's business, language requirements, challenges, budget, and timelines
• Present Elite Translations' services and value proposition clearly and professionally
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations
• Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role
• Proven experience with prospecting and cold outreach
• Experience conducting sales calls and meetings
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable communicating with business decision-makers
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
