Job summary

Elite Translations is seeking an Account Executive - Inbound Sales to be one of the first contacts for prospective clients. You will respond to inbound inquiries, qualify opportunities, prepare quotations, and guide leads through to closing.

The role requires understanding client language-service needs, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and timelines, and maintaining CRM records. Strong English communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years in sales, account management, business development, customer success, or similar roles.
• Inbound sales or lead conversion experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in translation, localization, language services, or service industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via email, forms, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound leads based on project requirements, urgency, budget, scope and value.
• Understand translation and language-service requirements for clients.
• Ask discovery questions to identify actual needs.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, turnaround times, and requirements.
• Follow up consistently with prospects who received quotations or proposals.
