Job summary

Elite Translations in Metro Manila is seeking an Account Executive – Outbound Sales to identify and engage prospective clients who may benefit from translation and language services. You will manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, using email, LinkedIn, calls, and other outreach channels.

The role requires a commercially minded communicator who can articulate our value proposition, build a robust pipeline, and present quotations and proposals to decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience.
• Proven prospecting and cold outreach experience.
• Experience with sales calls and meetings.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with business decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple prospects.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business clients needing translation and language services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls and other channels.
• Develop personalized outreach messages based on industry and language needs.
• Identify decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospects.
• Understand the prospect's business, language requirements, challenges, budget and timelines.
• Present Elite Translations' services and value proposition clearly.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial presentations.
• Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from contact to closing.
