Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience.
• Proven prospecting and cold outreach experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business clients needing language services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
• Develop personalized outreach messages based on client needs.
• Present Elite Translations' services clearly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations.
• Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
