Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience in telemarketing, customer service in BPO, or sales is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive and persistent.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
