Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a target-driven sales professional for a 100% remote role. You will make high-volume outbound calls, qualify leads, and set appointments with business owners, then execute sales steps to close deals.

The role requires strong communication, grit, and the ability to follow a script while adapting to client questions. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in BPO sales or related roles, experience with end-to-end sales cycles, and comfort handling high-ticket or B2B

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO sales calling experience.
• Full-Cycle Sales Experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role.
• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls.
• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency.
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling and appointment setting.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owners.
• Execute sales and close deals with pre-qualified leads.
• Conduct business evaluation meetings to assess client needs and goals.
