Job summary

You will cold call 100-150 business owners daily, set appointments, and maintain accurate records of activities and interactions. Strong communication skills and resilience are essential to succeed in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call 100-150 business owners and professionals per day (Leads List will be provided)
• Appointment setting
• Confident and maintains minimal accent communication skills
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service in BPO setting, or sales is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications

Important:

• We are a US-based professional company, and you will be requested to go through our recruitment process, undergo a background check, and sign an Agreement as well as an NDA if hired.
• The entire recruitment and selection process is done via Microsoft Teams and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).
• If hired, we will be using monitoring software to check your daily work efficiency and productivity.
