Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Organizational Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver training programs, build leaders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Based in Pasig, this onsite role supports growth through needs analysis, content development, and program delivery.

You will manage LMS, track training effectiveness, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to align learning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Organizational Development, or Talent Management
• Proven track record in conducting training needs analysis and designing corporate learning programs
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience creating training materials, e-learning content, and competency-based programs
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
• Background in telecoms, tech, BPO, shared services, or large corporate environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Assessment & Capability Building: identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
• Learning Program Design & Content Development: create programs, materials, and e-learning modules.
• Training Facilitation & Program Delivery: conduct face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid sessions.
• Learning Administration & Operations: manage schedules, registrations, LMS records and reporting.
• Training Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement: measure impact and drive improvements.
• Leadership & Talent Development Support: assist leadership programs and internal mobility.
