Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a capable Learning & Development Specialist to drive employee growth and organizational capability through impactful training solutions. You will analyze learning needs, design programs, and ensure staff acquire essential skills to thrive.

The role covers needs analysis, content development, training delivery, LMS administration, and continuous improvement, with Monday-Friday onsite work and collaboration with business leaders and HR stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Admin, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in L&D, Training, OD, or Talent Development.
Hands-on experience with training needs analysis and program development.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct training needs analyses across departments and units.
Design and develop training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and other resources.
Facilitate instructor-led sessions, workshops, and learning interventions; coordinate internal and external programs.
Manage training schedules, enrollment, attendance, and records; maintain LMS and training databases.
Measure training effectiveness and recommend program improvements; stay current with trends.
