Job summary

Our Clients in Pasay City is seeking a Training & Development Officer to support planning, development, and implementation of employee learning programs. You will coordinate training activities, assist with content development, and manage training records in the LMS.

The role involves coordinating with various teams, scheduling sessions, and facilitating onboarding and soft-skill programs. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years’ experience in learning and development or HR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or HR.
• Experience supporting training coordination, facilitation, or instructional activities is preferred.
• Knowledge of training needs analysis and learning program coordination.
• Background in training content development and instructional design support.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and other learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and coordination with business units.
• Consolidate learning requirements and help identify employee skill gaps.
• Assist in developing training plans and learning schedules.
• Maintain the training calendar and monitor program rollouts.
• Assist in creating training materials, modules, presentations, and other learning resources.
• Support instructional design and keep learning content current and organized.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate content.
• Ensure training materials align with learning standards.
• Coordinate training logistics, including venues, virtual platforms, materials, attendance, and communications.
• Provide administrative and facilitation support during training sessions.
• Facilitate onboarding and soft-skills sessions when appropriate.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and completion.
• Maintain LMS records and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with department heads and HR partners on training schedules and nominations.
• Respond to participant questions and assist in resolving training-related concerns.
• Monitor mandatory and compliance-related learning programs.
