Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Training Development Specialist to oversee learning and development programs, plan and deliver training, and keep day-to-day operations organized. You will collaborate with HR and business units to meet short-term skills needs and ensure programs roll out smoothly.

You will assist with content creation, materials, LMS records, and coordinate both in-person and onsite sessions. A background in psychology/HR and 4–6 years in training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related course.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in training, learning and development, or HR.
• Exposure to training coordination, facilitation, or instructional support is preferred.
• Certifications in training facilitation and instructional design are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs via surveys and conversations with business units.
• Coordinate training plans, calendars, and rollouts.
• Develop training materials and instructional content.
• Deliver sessions and provide facilitation support.
• Maintain LMS records and compliance.
• Track attendance, completion, and assessments.
• Collaborate with HR and managers on schedules.
• Support corporate learning events and OD initiatives.
