Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Learning and Development Sr. Associate to coordinate end-to-end training programs and ensure smooth scheduling and delivery.

This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, facilitators, and internal teams to drive successful program execution. You will manage LMS-based administration, maintain training materials, and monitor program timelines while collecting feedback and measuring impact to continuously improve learning operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in learning administration, HR operations, events coordination, or training program support.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end learning and development programs.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, communications, and delivery of trainings.
• Support learning portfolio management and monitor timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Anticipate and resolve delivery issues and conflicts.
• Maintain high participant experience and engagement standards.
• Gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Prepare training materials, trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Support process improvement within Learning Operations.
• Assist in data reporting, dashboards, and learning metrics.
• Use LMS to manage course administration and learner records.
