Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Learning & Development Officer in Pasay City for a full-time, onsite role. You will support planning, coordination, and implementation of employee learning and development programs, working closely with HR, managers, and business units to identify development needs and coordinate training initiatives.

You will prepare learning materials, monitor participation and results, and contribute to continuous improvement of L&D programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or a related function.
• Experience in corporate training coordination, employee development, facilitation, or instructional support.
• Experience working with managers, employees, HR teams, or business units on learning and development initiatives.
• Good communication, presentation, coordination, and facilitation skills.
• Experience preparing training materials, learning content, or presentations.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programs and activities.
• Relevant certifications in training facilitation or instructional design are an advantage.
• L&D experience in the real estate or property industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify employee training needs and skills gaps with business units.
• Develop training plans, calendars, and program schedules.
• Prepare and update training modules, presentations, and learning materials.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders on content.
• Support implementation of development and learning programs.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, platforms, materials, and participant lists.
• Nominations and training requirements with managers and HR.
• Provide facilitation and admin support during sessions.
• Assist in onboarding and basic workplace or soft-skills programs.
• Monitor attendance, participation, and completion.
• Maintain training records and LMS updates.
• Track attendance, assessments, and data; prepare reports.
• Monitor training expenses and budgets.
• Coordinate with external training providers and vendors.
• Communicate requirements to employees and stakeholders.
• Address inquiries and support learning process.
• Stay updated on learning tools and technologies.
