Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or HR.
• Experience supporting training coordination, facilitation, or instructional activities is preferred.
• Knowledge of training needs analysis and learning program coordination.
• Background in training content development and instructional design support.

Responsibilities

• Support identification of training needs through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with business units.
• Assist in developing training plans and learning schedules; maintain calendar and monitor rollouts.
• Create training materials, modules, presentations, and other learning resources; ensure materials align with standards.
• Coordinate training logistics for face-to-face and virtual sessions; provide admin and facilitation support.
• Facilitate onboarding and soft-skill sessions when appropriate; monitor attendance and completion.
• Coordinate with external trainers and vendors; track delivery and feedback.
• Administer post-training evaluations and compile training reports and metrics.
• Maintain LMS records and collaborate with department heads on development initiatives.
