Job summary

ZEISS Group in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Sales & Account Manager to grow market share in ophthalmic devices. You will develop plans to hit KPIs, target competitor accounts, and close deals while nurturing partnerships with surgeons and key opinion leaders.

You will also provide clinical support in theaters, manage post-sale outcomes, and coordinate educational events. Strong English, business acumen, and regional travel are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet monthly KPIs and annual budgets.
• Strong track record in selling medical devices or related fields.
• Experience collaborating with surgeons and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans to meet monthly KPIs and annual budgets.
• Identify, target, and convert competitor accounts to ZEISS product lines.
• Foster long-term partnerships with existing accounts and mentor junior surgeons.
• Prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and report insights to management.
• Work with surgeons in the operating theatre to support product application.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales clinical support across territories.
• Follow up on post-surgical outcomes and address clinical/technical concerns.
• Identify KOLs and coordinate education workshops and product demonstrations.
