You will develop plans to hit KPIs, convert competitors, and nurture long-term customer partnerships while training junior surgeons. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of sales or business development in medical device consumables.
Experience in Ophthalmology or surgical devices preferred.
Hands-on OR support and clinical exposure.
Proven track record of exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

Develop action plans to meet monthly KPIs and yearly budget goals and convert competitor accounts.
Foster long-term partnerships with existing accounts and groom junior surgeons into advocate users.
Prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Provide pre-/post-sales clinical support in operating theatres and monitor patient outcomes.
Identify KOLs, plan education workshops, and represent ZEISS at events.
