Job summary

Carl Zeiss SMT in Metro Manila seeks a dynamic Sales & Account Manager to grow ophthalmic market share by building strong relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

You will work in theater with surgeons, provide pre/post sales clinical support, and organize trainings and workshops for KOLs. Candidates should have a BSc and 3–5 years in medical device sales; MS Office proficiency; strong English.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales or business development.
• Hands-on OR clinical support experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans to meet monthly KPIs and annual budget goals.
• Identify and convert competitor accounts to ZEISS products.
• Support surgeons in the operating theater and ensure smooth product application.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Monitor market trends and report insights to management.
