Qualifications

• Mastery in English (C1-C2) with English at least B2
• Excellent communication skills for effective player support
• Flexibility to adapt to various situations and player needs
• Accountability and reliability in handling inquiries and issues
• Proactivity in identifying player concerns and addressing them
• Proficiency in navigating knowledge bases for efficient support
• Basic troubleshooting skills to assist players with technical challenges
• Availability for full-time work, including weekends and holidays, across time zones

Responsibilities

• Investigate and deliver prompt, quality responses to players via ticketing, email, or chat
• Gather and deliver player feedback to developers per procedures
• Provide translations when required to ensure seamless communication
• Maintain accurate reports and escalate issues when needed
• Contribute to smoother support processes with macros and knowledge base
• Support high-quality standards through QC processes
