Keywords Studios Manila is seeking a Player Engagement Agent to support a video game client in an onsite role in Manila. You will respond to players’ questions quickly via chat, email, and tickets while providing feedback to developers.

A dynamic, growth-oriented environment awaits with ongoing training and collaboration across teams. The candidate should have strong English skills (minimum B2 level), prior live chat or BPO experience, and familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk or Helpshift.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Excellent communication for player support.
• Availability for full-time onsite work with some time-zone flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, quality responses to players via chat, email, or tickets.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries; escalate per procedures.
• Gather and deliver player feedback to developers.
• Familiar with macros and knowledge bases to streamline responses.
