You will serve as the essential link between players and developers, delivering prompt, quality responses and collecting valuable feedback. Join a dynamic team, work with CRM tools like Helpshift or Zendesk, and contribute to reports, knowledge bases, and enhanced support processes.

Qualifications

• Mastery in English (C1-C2) with B2 or higher for communication.
• Excellent player support and written communication.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and across time zones.
• Onsite work with potential transition to WFH in future.
• Experience in live chat or BPO is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to player inquiries via chat, email, or ticketing promptly.
• Investigate and resolve issues; escalate per procedures.
• Gather and relay player feedback to developers and teams.
• Translate communications when required for seamless support.
• Maintain reports and contribute to knowledge bases and macros.
