Job summary

Keywords Studios, located in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a Player Engagement Agent to serve as the bridge between our clients and the gaming community. You will respond to players via ticketing, email, or chat, investigate inquiries, and provide feedback to developers.

You will also contribute to knowledge bases, macros, and quality control, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality support for a range of gaming titles.

Qualifications

• Minimum strong English communication and writing skills (B2+).
• Experience in live chat, email, or ticketing environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and knowledge bases.
• Ability to handle inquiries promptly and escalate when needed.
• Willingness to work on-site in Pasig and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to players’ questions via ticketing, email or chat.
• Investigate issues and provide prompt, quality feedback to developers.
• Gather and deliver player feedback per procedures.
• Create and maintain macros/KB entries to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth support.
