Responsibilities

• Respond to players' questions promptly via ticketing, email or chat.
• Investigate and resolve player inquiries and provide feedback to developers.
• Assist internal teams with project-related requests to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Translate when required to ensure seamless communication.
• Contribute to QA processes and maintain high quality support standards.
