Keywords Studios is hiring a Player Engagement Agent to serve as the essential link between clients and the gaming community. You will respond to players, investigate inquiries via chat, email or tickets, and deliver feedback to developers to improve experiences.

The role requires strong English communication, a proactive attitude, and familiarity with CRM tools. It is an onsite permanent position based in Pasig City, Philippines, with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer support skills with clear communication.
• Experience using CRM/ticketing systems to manage inquiries.
• Ability to investigate and respond promptly via email, chat or ticketing.
• Proactive in gathering and delivering player feedback to developers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to players’ questions with timely, quality support.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries through ticketing, email or chat.
• Provide translations to ensure seamless communication when needed.
• Capture and share player feedback to improve products and services.
• Maintain reports and assist with knowledge-base improvements.
