Job summary

MicroSourcing in The Philippines is seeking a Project Manager to deliver business projects for customers in a dynamic environment. You will lead end-to-end delivery, oversee budgets, and engage stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

You will mentor junior PMs and collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on strategic initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal methodologies, documentation standards, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects for customers, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on large strategic initiatives and provide planning, execution, and reporting support.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, building relationships with clients, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, executive reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and manage purchase/service orders; address cost overruns via change requests.
• Ensure project artefacts and processes comply with methodologies and best practices; implement corrective actions.
• Mentor less experienced project managers and promote adoption of ePMO services.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to templates and tools.
• Produce high-quality executive communications and deliverables.
• Coordinate across departments and with external partners to ensure smooth delivery and Joint ePMO support.
• Navigate a fast-paced environment and maintain momentum under pressure.
