MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to deliver projects for a B2B AU Telco client. The role is onsite at BGC, Taguig City with a day shift.

You will lead end‑to‑end delivery, manage budgets, engage stakeholders, and ensure consistent reporting and governance. This position requires 2+ years in project management, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience delivering projects.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of business projects for customers, ensuring scope, budget and timeline alignment.
• Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on large initiatives and provide planning, execution and reporting support.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
